Q: how many times can you file and extension for inventory
I am in probate over a building. My late husband signed a promissory note that I did not know. But he did no the things that were done to his accounts out of the country. They were taken by the same person that had him sign the promissory note. I have since poured that amount into the building myself.
A: Ask your probate attorney. If you do not have one, you need to get one immediately.
