Ormond Beach, FL asked in Family Law for Florida

Q: I need a pro-lawyer other than legal services of NJ. (conflict of interest). I need to enforce child custody.

During our marriage I made 27K per year until our divorce which I happened to invest my time into a mall airbrush store in palisades mall Nyack NY. That year I made 40K which was also the same time the state mediators calculated I pay 206 per week in CS. Alimony was not involved because my ex wife had co-habitated with her then fiance. I kept the mall store for 1.5 years until the doubled my rent and I could no longer afford to stay. My income decreased but I still kept clients from the mall and was able to keep up with 206 per week CS payments. I was able to stay afloat by doing video editing for a small production company until recently. In November of last year I was laid off from that job. Now I live in Florida to be closer to my mom and dad. Daytona Fl. is where the kids where born. Where we where married and where the grandparents recide. My ex-wife lives in Texas because she moved out there with the kids to live with her fiance. She no longer lives with him and live

A: Where was the divorce? You probably have to go back there to get the cs modified.
