Q: In FL...can I collect child support if father is in prison?
Father had been brought up on molestation and kidnapping charges. We are nit matured but have two kid's together. I want nothing more to do with him and do nit spo support him at all! Where do I go from here
A: Is the father independently wealthy? He would basically have to have an income while he is incarcerated for you to be able to collect child support from him.
