Miami, FL asked in Real Estate Law for Florida

Q: How do I have a signed FARBAR contract for purchase of real estate, enforced by the courts?

I have an executed FARBAR contract with a seller to buy a property in Miami, FL. The seller was sent the HUD and closing documents but failed to sign and return. All phone calls have gone unanswered and she has clearly changed her mind and decided to simply ignore me. The contract specified I would pay all legal and closing costs so I have already accrued thousand in legal fees plus property surveys and inspections. I do not want monetary compensation, I just want the sale to be honored. I want to know the exact steps and details I have to undertake to have the contract enforced by the courts and complete the transaction. I would like to do this pro se.
