Q: My child is 18, and all payments were made. Can her mother ask for an audit of payment recalculation and seek more $$
I have been sending $150 to her mothers account since the day child support ended to help pay for medical bills etc...but she has been acting up and needing more money and expecting me to pay 1/2 of the medical bills. I am about to cut her off and give the $150 to my daughter to pay some monthly obligations...I am just afraid that this will make her mad and make her mom try to go back in the past and get more money through auditing my income versus what I paid in child support...Is this a legal possibility?
