Q: Can I lower my payment back to what I owe ?
I'm collecting SSI disabled when my daughter was born I was given another addition to my social security payment for my daughter, when we had gotten divorced I still was and I am giving that amount to my X which is more then the court put to me for child support can I bring that payment back to what I owe and put the rest into a savings account for my daughter that my X cannot touch ?
A: Go see a local family attorney. This question is odd to me. Sometimes people do not know the right questions to ask. When you have a discussion with an attorney, the attorney can ask you questions and get answers. We cannot do that here.
