Q: my sons already in DHS custody I was wanting to know if I could sign full custody over to my brother and my sister in la

positive whenever I had them for drugs and my sons been in DHS custody for 2 years I'm clean for almost 2 years may 22nd will be two years but I don't have a home right now I lost my place to live and I don't have a job so they're talking about terminating my right and my sons already staying with my brother and my sister in law and I want them to have full custody can I go in and do that even though he's already in custody of DHS
