Q: I had a felony in VA, served probation in FL. Rights restored in VA, were they ever taken in FL?
I was a resident if FL so my probation was transferred to FL. I applied and received my civil rights in VA, but I don't know if my rights were ever revoked in FL because everything I find specifies a felony committed in FL, which it wasn't. I want to find out if I have rights or not.
A: This would require research not just general knowledge to me. The rights were restored, anyway.
