Asked in Family Law for Florida

Q: Who do you contact in an interstate child support case?

If a person is disabled and paying child support to an child out of state and can't get any answers to when the support will end because the child is 23 and still getting the support, who do I go to? I keep getting the run around.

A: Go see a local family attorney. The attorney will be able to get more important information out of you like where the child support order originated, and how much is owed in arrearages. You mentioned neither of these matters and they are important.
