Q: My neighbour watched my dog while the owner was out of town 4months,what can I do to get him back?
This was understood cleanly short term time frame,the dog has been with original owner 4years,in addtion the dog is an ada service pet to original owner, I must get my dog back, please help me
A: You might have to sue. Go see a local attorney with all the facts and circumstances. Perhaps a replevin, conversion, and civil theft demand letter will do the trick.
