Asked in Probate for Florida

Q: During a trust /probate litagation. Can a attorney freeze asset and what is the legal way they have to do this.?

When you are being challenged in court by someone that was removed from trust by the person who is trust owner because they stole from 2 of your banks accounts they dies 3 months later of stroke and the sole personleft to collect is legally suppose to be able to have all legal fees come out of trust and any other property taxes and insurances paid from trust also till trust settles

A: You need to go hire a probate attorney for this matter.
