Q: cps has my 15 yr son and has for over year can my mother get permanent custody of him all though she lives in indiana

He was with foster family they recently put him in a group. Home for boys because it was brought forward that sexual relations were happening with her 16 yr daughter and her 22 year old when he was only 13 its to much has happened to him I want him safe and settled I have done everything and completed all still august 25 next hearing that's 6 months from the last 6 because of 2 u a. I gave hospital documentation. A few days after the last hearing it was suppose to go to judge and change the hearing back down didn't happen.
