Q: Is my husband any inheritance from his fathers estate if he had a spouse that wasnt his mother and he didnt leave a will
Stepmother has removed him from bank accounts and his sole bank accounts she still has. She removed his name from the mortgage wich only owes maybe 3 years. He had death insurance which is around $60000 she will recieve and various 401k and iras. We don't know if she was appointed beneficiary. Before he passed he told my husband he didn't want his money to go to his spouses nieces and nephews since she doesnt have children of her own.
