Orlando, FL asked in Animal / Dog Law for Florida

Q: Can someone sue if they kept reaching over the fence and dog cut her I kept asking her not to do that and she kept doing

A girl came to my home uninvited and was on the outside of my fenced in private property she leans over my fence talking asking to barrow money then my dad tells her not to touch or lean over fence because my dog jumps high and thinks it's a game she moves then comes over it again we tell her again them my dog jumps up high but he's on the inside of our fence and his nail cuts her then she says she's fine and goes to leave we go inside she came back the next day and comes inside my fence to my door when it's posted private property no trespassing and beware of dogs but she still came inside I go outside to tell her she can't come in she said that she's sueing I asked her to leave she then left as in inside I caught her going through my mail in my mailbox I asked her what she was doing and she said checking something out I told her don't come back again she left she then returned a third time asking for money that same night my father told her not to come back

A: Can she sue? Sure. But can she win? I need to know what she is saying to determine that. Go see a local attorney if she sues.
