Miami, FL asked in Family Law for Florida

Q: My husband pays child support every month, but the mom of his child has an unemployed man living there. What can we do?

She moved the family to Cape coral under false pretenses, works 2 jobs and receives child support for 2 or 3 different fathers. She doesnt keep to her end of the agreement when it comes to visitation/phone calls either. The man that she is dating lives in the same house but is unemployed. The money that is supposed to go to my husband's child is being used to support a grown man. What can we do about this??

A: You cannot do anything about the boyfriend. If she is not following the custody order then file a motion for contempt/enforcement.

Use of a lawyer is recommended.
