Q: My son is 17. lives with me. His mother insists on forcing him to be with her, we live in florida.

His grandmother and mother force him to be with them. out of obedience he complies, but they make his life miserable. His grandmother and mother are constantly trying to tell me what to do. Divorced 13 years. Does he have to go with them?

A: If you have a court order then the child stays with you.
