Q: passing with no will

I lived with my grandmother for 18 years until she suddenly passed away in May this year. She passed with no will. Before she passed away there was a verbal agreement in place that I owned her car and then payed it off as I could. I was in the middle of this when she passed. As I was paying it off and I have bank statements proving this, is there any possible way that I am still entitled to the car before my uncle sells it?

A: You need to go see a probate attorney about this if the uncle will not negotiate with you about it.
