Q: My husband had an accident in jail fell and cut his thumb toe and had an infection. Also was throwing up and then taken

He was taken to hospital and nothing was communicated to my husband and they wanted to do surgery but it did not happen now he is worried because he never knew what he had. Can he accuse the martinez director because they are not telling him or notifying anything of his health. This has been the issue with my husband can he process a sue?
