Asked in Immigration Law for New York

Q: National visa Center required me to travel an appointment in us embassy in Chile in 11/03/2014.

in the interview with the consular officer required me to apply a waiver (I-601).I filed I -601 on 11/17/2014 and I received letter noticed on 12/16/14 that the form is in process but in bottom the notices had a red stamp that says approval for filing. In the same time (11/17/2014) I filed form I-485 and I received the schedule appointment to 12/24/2014. I had got to reschedule the appointment because the appointment was in NYC and I was in Chile. I have been to reschedule the bio metric because I have not received notices for the approval for i-601 and I am still in Chile waiting. After 6 months and having rescheduled the bio metric services 2 times. today I received a email from uscis telling that they are waiting for the biometric services but the bio metric services in in new York City and I am in Chile. What should I do or what do you recommend me about this case?
