Q: If you sign a notarized letter regarding relocation and visitation rights how can that help in court ?

My husband and I signed and notarized a letter regarding my relocation and his custody rights starting from June 1st to August 31 and on June 29th it was signed and I moved July 1st to Florida from California but he filed for sole custody July 23rd is that possible ?
