Q: Can a lawyer run a background check on a person without their knowledge & then tell other people about info report????
The lawyer told friends about that person bankruptcy info to his relatives. Discussed the whole report to friends Isn't this an invasion of privacy. The lawyer had friends in the FBI to obtain report without this persons permission.
