Q: am married have two kid he also have two other kids can the amount change on child support for the other two

well it actualy for just one that lives in puerto rico he pays 133 month while he pays 60 month for the one in new york he makes 2.000 a month rent car insurence light bill makes it hard pluse the other two just want to know if its posible to lower it just a bit

A: Try to make your question easily understandable. I do not understand it but think that you might be asking if the child support will be lowered because he had two more children. The answer to that is no, basically. There would have to be a substantial decrease in his income to decrease the child support, and he would have to file a petition for modification in order to get that done. Afterborn children do not decrease the amount of support that has already been ordered.
