Tulsa, OK asked in Criminal Law for Oklahoma

Q: One who has been ordered by Court to "leave and remain away" from a residence, can damage it - due to 'name' on title'?

PO ordered on June 1 still stands today - Aug 6, and going forward. More than $3000 damage was done. Charges were made by DA and dropped, because her name is on the Title, so "it won't stick"? NOW, she has a "green light" to do any and all damage? The husband and minor sons are living in the home. 'Seems if the Court has ordered her to get out and stay out, the "Title" should hold no sway in the matter. They are like "sitting ducks" and no chance to convict her?

A: Do you have an attorney on your side? If not, get one immediately. Things can be done for you, most likely, but one has to know the ins and outs of the rules of evidence and civil procedure, as well as be able to research this particular problem.
