Portage, IN asked in Domestic Violence for Florida

Q: What do you do if the petitioner of an injunction for protection is provoking or having people contact the respondent?

My ex made up false abuse claims. I could not make the hearing as I had relocated out of Florida. So I since filed a motion to dismiss and have a court date set. But since the order took effect she has had people contact me, has sent messages, made posts to my Facebook, one was her with another guy and we are not yet divorced. Is there any action I can take about the contact or provoking? And it was stated the posts to Facebook will be denied and since deleted, but I got a picture of it first. So when she denies it was her is it on me or the court to subpoena Facebook, or will pic simply be enough?

A: It depends upon the facts, but I might move to dissolve the injunction.
