I got denied citizenship for lack of good moral character, I had a charge back in 2009 for theft at Walmart. I was 18 back then when i committed the crime but I successfully completed my diversion and have not been in trouble ever since. When I filled for naturalization I forgot to mention on the application about the theft, although in my interview I did not lie and simply told them I forgot to mention it, I provided all paperwork including my completion of diversion. What can I do about this? How soon can I refile?
