Cedar Park, TX asked in Civil Rights for Texas

Q: What are my rights if I have a disable child and I live on the third floor?

My 20 year old daughter had a stroke, she will have to come and live with me. I live on the 3rd floor, I need to know what I can do if they can't accommodate me with a first floor apartment? What should I do?
