Asked in Employment Law for Ohio

Q: I work for a company who,s owner has been sexually inappropriate with employees. I reported this and am feeling effects.

The employees are from 3rd world countries. The employer is USA based. He hires based on looks and when no sexual favors are given their work is the lowest without opportunity to advance. Multiple times I've sat in meetings while he had these boys show their bodies that he pays for them to improve. I reported the problem and he stepped down as CEO, but still controls and manipulates in the background. I feel I am not looked upon for advancement based on my knowledge of what he has done. This has gone on for years and others in upper management ignore it because they are comfortable. Their are cases of inappropriate behavior by management with underage within organization. All covered up because they cover the owner. I have noticed a lot of sneaky behavior lately to keep things away from me. I was told situation was taken care of, but still see because staff involved trust me. What are my rights. I feel stuck in a morally corrupt company that on the surface does a lot of good.

A: You should sit down privately with an attorney specializing in employment litigation. This sounds like a potential law suit for what is known as a hostile work environment.
