Hollywood, FL asked in Landlord - Tenant for Arizona

Q: My lease is not up but I gave the keys as I moved already. Still paying prorate. They rented to someone. Is that legal?

I moved out of state 3 weeks before my lease was up. I turned in the keys and did a walkthrough. Still paying fees such as pro rated amount and misc utilities. They rented the place out to someone else. Is this legal since I still have the lease but I turned in the keys?
