Q: I feel that I am being harassed at work

The same person over the last 6 years has talked bad about me behind my back, worked on jobs I was assigned and sent out emails to boss, has yelled at me about changing a schedule that I am in charge of, has followed me around work and taking notes as to when I go to break and what I am doing has been talked to many times from upper management to leave me,along now,the latest he was looking at me through the window in my door showing,3 other employees at the back of my head and said I was sleeping and then put his phone up to the window to take a picture I talked to HR because I feel I am being harassed and they gave me a coaching and they are talking to him they say because the automatic lights were off and my screen was not moving that by seeing the back of my head and not my face that there is a chance I was sleeping Id many things in scheduling and writing down notes is 1 of them and the lights are new and I told them and he was told that they go dim and even waving they would n
