Q: Me and my wife are getting a divorce. I have 3 kids, 1 bio. & 2 step. Is there any way I can take full custody of all?
Both step kids have different dads. I want to protect my kids from their mother bringing other men into the house around my kids. I've only been out of the house for 3 months and she has already introduced a man and his daughter to them then let him stay the night, all in same night. I don't want my children to have men in and out of their lives. Our oldest has had enough of this already before I came along. Is there anything I can do?
A: Chances are that the court cannot award custody or visitation of your stepchildren to you. But you may, of course, possibly be awarded custody or visitation of the child of the marriage.
