Asked in Probate

Q: Do we need a probate lawyer to probate a will that has several names all for different things

The children were left things not land or home . They all went in the home and took everything they wanted although it was my dads home. He was locked up st the time. Do they need to sign off on the will if my dad is to get the land

A: You need to at least go speak with a local probate attorney about this. Whose will are you talking about? Did your dad die? This is confusing.
