Q: filing i-130 with dual nationality
My husband, an american citizen, is filing a form i-130 on my behalf. I entered the united states as a student with a student visa on my Saudi passport and so we filled out all the forms with my saudi information. But I also carry a Canadian passport (dual citizenship) and we feel like this should be mentioned somehow in the name of transparency. What's the best way to do this? Should we add a copy of my canadian passport and mention it in the cover letter?
