Asked in Divorce and Family Law for New Jersey

Q: My wife left family and put me in financial crisis.

My wife left house on 15th August 2015 and she emailed me after one month that she is not coming home for certain period and she does not know when she can come back. She has put me in some financial crisis as she left job . I do not have any savings and she has lots of money. Please advise me what can i do legally for quitting family and put me in bad shape. I am also want to file divorce. And, she thinks that ii do not have money so i can not hire lawyer so she is taking full advantage of my situation. One more thing, I earn more than her. However she does not want to work as she has lots of money . I am living on month to month expense right now. I hardly save $10 monthly because of family expenses.

A: You need to retain an experienced matrimonial attorney, who will make a Motion for Pendete Lite support and also can start your divorce case. Good luck.
