Q: I am being harass.By a woman realated to my ex. She calls leaving very mean voice messages on my phone. Can I sue
She's harrassing me from Nebraska. I have saved all of her rude voice messages. She calls me racial names. It has to stop
A: Go see a local attorney for a full discussion. You cannot get that on the internet. Perhaps you can file an injunction action.
A: An injunction might work. But setting the phone so as to block calls from that person might be a lot cheaper and easier.
