Q: I was evicted from my childhood home by my half sister who inherited the house & everything else after my step dad died
Last year. Even though he raised me since the age 2(I'm now 26) but because we were never legally father & son, And there was no will, I got nothing of my Dad's. I later rode my bike over there & was issued a no trespassing warning & ordered by a cop to put my bike in the trunk of his cop car & then get in so he can remove me off property or go to jail. Then ordered my to keep off the entire street. Does he have the authority to do so?
A: He probably has the authority to arrest you for trespassing (or stalking, if you return to the street). So yes.
