Galveston, TX asked in Family Law for Texas

Q: I live in texas city,Texas and have custody of my 4 year old and I was wondering if her father can take Her to Austin?

She lives with me. He has gone out of state before. Has kidnapped her before and I do not feel comfortable with him taking her so far away!! She has already been to the hospital from being attacked by a dog in his care and he going all the way to Austin scares me. Now he does not know that I know they plan on going this weekend. Is it against our paper work that he does not tell me when he is taking her out of the county and surrounding counties????
