Q: Im separted from my husband neither one of us have court order custody. I have been sent
But im unable to work .cuz of health issues. I've filed for disability and waiting on a decision. My daughter has worked on and off since she was about 16 and she is now 18 and support has not gone down also she has also quit school sum years back. My husband their has been working on and off the whole time and has been lying to the dept children and family about his living and financial situation also one year I had my son live with me and have proof that he did cuz I was getting foodstamps and Medicaid for him they are making me pay that support too...I just wanna know what my rites are and what I need to carry to the hearing? I'm very sick. I get hospitalized at least 3 to 5 days a month cuz I have uncontrollable type 1 diabetes and I'm very much insulin dependant..please help me with sum info about my situation
A: Contact legal aid in your community, they may be able to help. Otherwise, hire a private attorney.
