Q: how can I find out someones sentencing outcome and subsequent time that will be served
An ex boyfriend contacted me a week before I was to marry. I asked him in a gentle yet firm manner to not contact me any further. A week later, he was arrested for larceny, burlary, and allegedly fondling women in their sleep. He was held on 250,000.00 bail. I believe this is now his 3rd prison sentence.
My concern is if/when he gets out he could come looking for me again. How can I find out the outcome of his sentencing, and how much time he will serve?
A: You can probably go to the clerk of court and ask to see the official court file.
