Q: What are the chances of getting original mineral rights over the current land owner?
She never sold the mineral rights, and now there is interest in drilling on the land, that has an owner not related to our family. I would like to know what our chances are of receiving any benefits from this and if we have a leg to stand on as it seems to be up to the Ohio Supreme Court to make the decision, as to who gets what.
