Q: Can my landlord kick me out with two days notice?

I am on a month to month lease since July 2015 till present day . they have been planning to sell the house thats why its month to month . in the lease it states i will have two months to move if the house gets bought . she came today and said i h ave to leave by Sunday (2days )! I have three kids and i have not been late on rent !

A: Well, this is quite a mess. The lease says 60 days notice, normally without a contract that says that it would have to be at least half of a month. The problem is that you cannot possibly find another place for you and the kids to live on 2 days notice. Negotiate further with the landlord. That is highly unreasonable, to give you 2 days notice, when the lease says 60, in my opinion.
