We are married 10 years. Does he/she get half of the CURRENT 401k profit sharing balance.Or just what was accumilated during the 10 years of marriage? We live in NJ.
Also there is a house that's not in my name and im not on the deed/mortgage am i entitled to any equity that was builed up the last 10 years. Thanks
