Q: What do I have to file regarding someone making false claims against me and false evidence against me in child law case

False evidence concerning my two vehicles that have different vin # than the original two he is referring to also this matter was settled between us both two years ago. I have receipts and evidence on all complaints he is filing again claiming these are different incidents what motion do i file against his so I can present my information to the court

A: I assume that your ex has filed papers (and you have received notice of a hearing). If the claims are false, incorrect or misleading you should mention this in your reply. The best replies provide a general denial and provide some of the supporting evidence (or at least reference to this evidence). If the claims are wholly without merit and filed for harassment, you can request attorney/filing fees (this is a separate motion). You may want to contact an attorney.
