Q: I'm filing for the daca, do I need to submit a birth certificate along with a passport? Or will my expired passsport do?

Most of my documents are in dutch.

A: Submit the documents you have along with a letter stating the reason for submitting an expired passport. If they need more documents they will send you an RFE. If this is your first time filing DACA, I suggest you work with an immigration attorney to help you with this process as it may be complicated and it may take more time to get approved if you make mistake or miss any documents that need to be attached.
