Q: Can I sue for my personal information being released by the attorney general office to an attorney then to an inmate?
An inmate sent me a letter today with ALL of my person information that was forwarded to him by his attorney and to her from the attorney generals office of NJ. Inmate said all persons of my county with the same car were given to him in full. Nothing blacked out.
A: Even if you could sue, what would you expect to accomplish? There are a lot more facts that would be necessary to determine if you do have a case. Good luck.
