Q: hi, we have a private lender balloon mortgage with a interest rate of 13% and my son got diagnosed with stage 4 lung

angiosarcoma and haven't been able to work and not able to pay my February payment and come to find out they didn't pay my taxes for 2015 and he money was in escrow, I just bought the townhouse on 2/17/15 I was depending on my income taxes to pay my bills l untiI i go back to work in june 2016, I called the company who has an debt collector to handle all their affairs and billing called MBank for the lender and I was told they are investigating the matter even after i faxed them a copy of the bill, is there anything I can do
