Q: I have a 17yr old who is very abusive towards me he will be 18 in 4 months. how can I have him permanently removed now?

A: You have two options. One, call the police if he becomes physically violent. Two, report yourself to CPS as an unfit parent and seek removal. Colorado, like most states, does not allow parents to waive parental responsibilities without court/CPS approval to avoid being subject to criminal child abandonment charges.
