Q: How long does it take for I-130 (without I-485) to get the approval?
I know this question has been asked hundreds of times. But what if we send just G-325A (Biographic Information) and I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) plus documents such as marriage certificate, photos and copy of petitioner's US passport. On December 2, 2015, they received I-130 at our local office (I assume it's Boston) (but nothing about G-325A). I came here on J-1 visa. I extend my status (class B2) but on a moment of marriage the status was expired. Thank you.
