Q: Hi my ex wife received sole custody 2000 I was ordered to pay child support she moved to Pa. She never contacted me

Until 13 years later where she told me she was living in Finland I never had a chance she disappeared She had moved from Finland to Florida. How was I to pay child support to a woman who never told me where she was? the court document said she was supposed to notify me if she was moving out of state never mind the country I just received a child support notice in mail 16 years later what do. I never wanted to get out of child support she screwed me because she knew I was struggling with addiction. I had family who has suffered besides myself what can I do. In the past 5 years I got my life on track now I just don't know what to do about this .
