Q: My Father and Mother are deceased their home is on my property what rights do I have?
There are four children including myself, the other three are estranged biological children and there was no living will for either parent. I was their caregiver/neighbor and the other children are trying to come onto my property and go into our parents home to clean it out, what are my rights in the State of Illinois?!
