...no 24hr notice for showings either. We end up showing the house for prop mgnt. We don't want to show house.
Since quick sale, house is as is. Do we get our deposit back and how much of it since they are not going to paint? (We are very clean, good renters)
A: You can ask for a walk-through with the property manager for the purpose of verifying any repairs that need to be made prior to moving out. That way, you can fix any problems and get your full security deposit back.
